Colorado Youth At Risk Newsletter

Colorado Youth At Risk is a non-profit based in Denver that helps kids in the area who are at risk of dropping out, failing out, or being kicked out of high school. By pairing adult mentors with these kids they are able to help 90% of the kids who complete the program graduate (compared to the 51% average of all kids in Denver high schools). This flier was designed to encourage people to volunteer to help these kids graduate.

This radio ad was produced by FiG in both English and Spanish to encourage people to become mentors and help the kids in the program. There was a particular need for African-American men and Latino men to join the program and as such the voice-talent was chosen to represent those communities.
