This method of budgeting is based on a detailed requirements document. How long it will take to do what you need will determine the budget. A's Time + B's Time... + Z's Time = Your Budget

Money: In this case you have a number in mind and an idea of what your final result/project will look like. Based on the number you give us we will develop a scope of work/requirements document based on how much time your budget allows us. Your Budget = A's Time + B's Time... + Z's Time
