Branding a New Payroll Services Company

Lodestar Tax and Accounting is a client that FiG branded back in 2013. Lodestar, “provides outstanding service to our clients because of our dedication to the three underlying principles of professionalism, responsiveness, and quality.” In the years since we branded them, their business has expanded, and they reached out to us recently to help them brand a new payroll company they are launching. This new service will offer cost-effective and comprehensive reporting and timely payroll administration.


Ad of the Month: Geico’s “Lemonade, Not Ice T”

You’re in for a “punny” surprise with September’s Ad of the Month. Geico started a commercial series called, “It’s Not Surprising,” this month with the Martin Agency. We found the series to be cheesy, but attention grabbing. We really love the commercial spot with actor and rapper, Ice-T, at a neighborhood lemonade stand. The core of the “It’s Not Surprising” campaign is that people may find these scenarios unusual, but it’s no surprise when customers save on auto insurance with Geico.


Advertisment of the Month: Gatorade’s Never Lose the Love

With the 2016 Summer Rio Olympics at a close, we decided it was only right to feature one of the many great Olympic advertisements this month. “Never Lose the Love,” is a 70-second spot from Gatorade featuring some of our favorite Olympic athletes. Fall River Gets Mobile-Optimized Website

On May 4th of this year, FiG launched a mobile-optimized website for Fall River Benefits.

Fall River is an employee benefits consulting firm. Their Mission, “Fall River Employee benefits strive to be the most innovative and proactive benefits broker on the Colorado Front Range. Our services for you will be comprehensive in depth and breadth, and incredibly customized to be personalized to your unique needs.”

Why Mobile Optimize?

In 2015, 51% of digital media consumed in the US by adults happened on a mobile device. With those kinds of statistics, it’s clear that without a mobile-optimized website, you’re missing out on potential clients.

What’s Different About Mobile-Optimized Websites?

Mobile optimization allows a website to scale to the size of the smaller screen without losing any clarity. Websites that aren’t mobile optimized are cumbersome to navigate from a mobile device and users usually bounce instead of struggling to navigate the site. The number of sessions increased 14.43%, the percent of new users increased 23.68%, and the pages per session increased 2.14% comparing this period the site has been mobile optimized from last year when the site was not mobile optimized.
