DENVER – The National Cycling League (NCL), the first-of-its-kind professional cycling league, has announced the second race of its inaugural four-race series is set for Sunday, Aug. 13 at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, Colorado, located just minutes from downtown Denver.
