Metro Building Services provides commercial janitorial services to Denver, Co and the surrounding areas, working with smaller, owner occupied buildings. They pride themselves on their customized approach, servicing each client based on their specific needs. Good communication and strong employee retention has helped Metro Building Services create a solid foundation and differentiate themselves as dependable and reliable.

The Pain:

With over 600 janitorial companies in Colorado alone,  Metro Building Services came to FiG to refresh their brand and website in order to help the company convey their abilities and how they differ from their competitors.

The Project:

FiG will be refreshing Metro Building Services overall brand identity including:

• Potential name change

• Logo design

• Business cards design

• Collateral material design
