PepsiCo's First Corporate Campaign Through the Lens of Our Brand Development Agency

For decades, PepsiCo operated as a silent parent company. It remained largely in the background, letting famous household names like Lay’s, Cheetos, and Gatorade take the spotlight in everyday advertising. While this approach of letting individual products lead worked well for building a massive house of brands, it left a gap. Most people knew the snacks and drinks, but they didn’t know the corporate giant that houses all of them. PepsiCo’s first corporate brand campaign titled, “House of Brands” marks a new effort to highlight the collective strength of its entire family, teaching an important lesson for any brand development agency navigating consumer expectations.

At FiG Advertising + Marketing, we support companies across all industries through the development of new brands and logos. Recently, our graphic designers were able to work with a company in a unique industry area to create an engaging logo and a starting point for their brand. The company, called Zero Service Vending, came to us looking for a fresh brand design that would not only appeal to their target market but will also stand the test of time. As leading experts in logo design in Denver, our designers at FiG were eager to get started on this branding project.

We struck up our partnership with Solvere HR to initially update their official company branding. As a top brand agency in Denver, we were more than happy to provide our design expertise. Our collaborative work on the company branding was not solely limited to the logo design though. The marketing pros at FiG have put in the work to help achieve the big marketing aspirations of Solvere HR.

Last month, the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) began a rebranding effort to change its look in the 2019 season. They announced the branding update on Twitter, releasing a new logo, a new slogan — “Make Way” — and a new partnership with AT&T. As a top brand development agency in the Denver area, FiG wanted to comment on this interesting branding move for such a large organization.
