In 1980, if you wanted to open a sandwich shop, it wasn’t too hard. You rented out some readily available commercial space, brought in the right ingredients, began operations, purchased some print advertisements, and started gaining customers. Back then, marketing costs were simple, easy to manage and understand.

We are so excited to announce our new partnership with The Bounce Place, a business dedicated to creating safe, fun, and exciting indoor playgrounds for young children. The owners, Bruce and Michelle, had realized that larger trampoline parks and play areas were usually environments that prioritized the needs of larger, more active “big kid” audiences, which meant those trampoline parks were unsafe and frightening for younger ages.

Ad of the Month: Geico's "Lemonade, Not Ice T"

You’re in for a “punny” surprise with September’s Ad of the Month. Geico started a commercial series called, “It’s Not Surprising,” this month with the Martin Agency. We found the series to be cheesy, but attention grabbing.

The Three Little Figs

Let me tell you a story about three companies. These three companies went out in the world to make their fortune. The first company decided to play it safe and conservative. Only spending money internally making their widgets that would sell eventually not thinking of the here and now. The second company spent liberally on "getting the word out" but thought little about the future. The third company thought carefully about now and then and balanced their approach.

An incredibly fundamental aspect of marketing and advertising that many companies miss, whether they are B2B or B2C, is consistency. Too many people let their fluctuations in budget elsewhere in the company alter their marketing plans significantly.
